* When your body gets hot, it is recommended to go outside and take in the fresh air, or if there is a sauna by a lake or the sea, to immerse yourself in the water. In winter especially, the outside air and water temperatures are quite low, so please do this only within a range you are comfortable with. If you repeat sauna → cool down → sauna → cool down, you can get an indescribable pleasure. Don't forget to drink water often.
